RETURNS AND REFUNDS
We follow all State & Federal Consumer laws with regard to warranty claims. If you purchased an item from us, whether online or direct from our showroom, it can be returned by sending it back to us. The process for submitting a return is;

We will do our best to respond within a 24 hour time period on business days with next steps of the return process.
We'll need the following information to quickly process your return:
Your order number, if known; it appears on the top of your order confirmation email
Your name and address
A description of the issue with the item that you are returning
Whether you would prefer a refund or exchange
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 24 hours after delivery
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
Late or missing refunds

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless that item was damaged when received, in which case we will cover the cost of shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

We want you to enjoy the racks, parts and accessories that you purchase from us, so that you become an advocate for our brand. To support this, we offer an industry-leading Warranty on every Wild Boar Rack we sell. If there's ever an issue with any of our products, we'll bend over backwards to make sure that it's resolved quickly and positively.
For your peace of mind, we include:
A lifetime Warranty on every rack we sell (base set)
A 2-year Warranty on all other parts
What to do if you need to make a warranty claim
If you're having an issue with your bike rack, we want to help resolve it. In the first instance, please contact the store where you purchased the product. For online sales, please contact the customer service team by email at firstname.lastname@example.org. It's best to provide a your original order information, a description of the issue and a photograph of the affect part so that we can resolve your issue as soon as possible.
The small print: The warranty applies only to the original owner of the product and is not transferable. The warranty does not cover any commercial use of the product. If your item is faulty upon receipt or is not as described, we will gladly exchange the item or refund your purchase. All returns are subject to us receiving the item back within 30 days of receipt by the customer. Items must be returned with their original packaging and, unless they were damaged prior to you receiving them, must still be in an undamaged, unused and sellable condition. Improper assembly or maintenance may void your warranty. Shipping and labour charges are not included in this warranty. Wild Boar will replace or repair at their discretion any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship, this does not include any damage caused to the rack due to a car crash ,abuse or mis-use. Surface rust is not included in this warranty. Structural rust that may compromise the safety of the bike rack is included, however, if this has resulted from obvious neglect or mistreatment you may void your warranty. Replacements will be made with bike racks of current design that may not be exact duplicates of originally purchased goods. This warranty gives you specific rights in addition to other rights you may have. These rights may vary from state to state which the consumer has under the trade practices act and other state and territory laws.
