Introduction
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Wild Boar Bike Racks New Zealand website and the purchase of products from us. By placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
Wild Boar Bike Racks is operated by WILDBOAR BIKE RACKS PTY LTD (ABN: 23 658 890 816), an Australian business supplying products to New Zealand customers.
Order Acceptance
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion. An order is only accepted when we send you an order confirmation email. We may cancel an order if:
- A product is out of stock or discontinued
- A pricing or description error has occurred
- We are unable to verify payment
If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund in NZD within 5–7 business days.
Pricing and GST
All prices on our New Zealand store are displayed in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) and include GST (15%) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors at any time. If a pricing error is identified after your order is placed, we will contact you to offer the correct price or a full refund.
Product Descriptions
We make every effort to ensure product descriptions, specifications, and images are accurate. If a product does not match its description in a material way, your rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and Fair Trading Act 1986 apply.

All content on this website is the property of Wild Boar Bike Racks or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wild Boar Bike Racks' liability for any claim is limited to the purchase price of the relevant product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental loss or damage.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any right you have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or Fair Trading Act 1986 that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
Dispute Resolution
We encourage you to contact us first to resolve any dispute informally at sales@wildboarbikeracks.com.au. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes may be referred to the Disputes Tribunal or relevant New Zealand court.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be published on our website with the date of last update.
