Overview
Wild Boar Bike Racks fulfils all New Zealand orders domestically from the NZ 3PL partner, Pacificomm, located at 12 Manu Street, Favona, Auckland, New Zealand, using carriers NZ Post, CourierPost, and Aramex.
Order Processing
Orders are processed on business days (Monday–Friday, NZST/NZDT, excluding New Zealand public holidays). Orders placed before 12:00 PM NZST/NZDT are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time or on weekends will be dispatched the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery timeframes are estimates only and begin from the date of dispatch. Delays may occur due to public holidays, or carrier capacity.
Rural Deliveries (NZ)
Deliveries to rural New Zealand addresses (as classified by NZ Post's Rural Delivery network) may take an additional 2–4 business days and may incur a rural delivery surcharge. This will be calculated and displayed at checkout where applicable.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs to New Zealand are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and order weight/dimensions. All prices are displayed in NZD. Free shipping may be available on orders over NZD $600.
Tracking Your Order
Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your order on the carrier's website.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please:
- Take photos of the packaging and item before opening fully
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery at sales@wildboarbikeracks.com.au
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us after the estimated delivery window has passed. We will lodge an investigation with the carrier and work to resolve the issue promptly.
We are not responsible for parcels delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
