2. EXCLUSIONS & SUBSTITUTION

3. RETURNS POLICY (GIFT WITH PURCHASE)
Return Requirement: If you return the purchased bike rack for a refund (change of mind), the free Gift (Lock or Cover) must also be returned in its original, unused condition.
Deduction: If the Gift is not returned, we reserve the right to deduct the full retail value of the Gift ($119.00) from your refund amount.
Faulty Goods: Your rights under Australian Consumer Law regarding faulty or defective products are not affected by this clause.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth).
